What data this site collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to ask for deletion.
Who is responsible
Victor Ferreira Design · CNPJ 60.439.255/0001-87 · Rio Largo, Alagoas, Brazil. I am the one who decides what is collected here and what happens to it.
What you send me through the forms
The site has two forms: the contact form and the brand diagnostic. On the contact form you provide your name, email, WhatsApp, profession, the stage you are at, whether you already have a visual identity, what led you to look for a brand professional and, if you like, your Instagram or website. On the diagnostic, besides name, email and WhatsApp, your answers are recorded: how you finished the sentence, whether you hesitated, which symptoms you ticked, where you placed each of the four axes and what the result was. None of it is mandatory: until you submit, nothing leaves your browser.
Why I keep it
To reply to you, and to carry out the work if we go ahead. The questions exist so I arrive at the first conversation already understanding your context, instead of spending the call asking the basics. It is data processed at your own request, to move forward with a conversation you started by submitting the form.
I also record your IP
Each submission stores the IP address it came from. It is not there to identify you: it caps how many submissions can come from one place per hour and stops a bot from flooding the inbox. Without it, the only defence left would be switching the form off.
How long it is kept
For as long as the conversation makes sense — the details of someone who became a client stay for the length of that relationship; someone who did not go ahead stays until I review. There is no automatic deadline, and you can ask for deletion at any time, with no need to explain why.
Who else has access
Submissions live in a database on my own server, hosted at Hostinger, and only I can reach the panel where they appear. When a contact arrives, a notification is sent to my email through Resend, an email delivery service — your submission passes through them to reach me. Beyond that, nothing is shared: I do not sell, trade or hand your data to anyone for advertising.
The language cookie
The site stores a cookie called "lang", which remembers whether you prefer to read in Portuguese or English. It stays in your browser for a year, does not identify you, and disappears if you clear the site data. It is the only cookie the site creates on its own.
Images, fonts and social networks
Images are served by the site's own server. Fonts come from Adobe Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to their server to download them. No social network is loaded inside the pages — the Instagram, LinkedIn and other links only open when you click them.
Your rights
Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) lets you find out what data I hold about you, correct it, request a copy or require that it be deleted — and also withdraw, at any time, the permission you gave by submitting the form. Just write to me; no form and no justification needed, and there is no charge. I reply within the same window I reply to any contact.
